Silicon Valley Investor Builds a Plant in Da Nang

A semiconductor plant project has gained an investment license from Đà Nẵng City’s industrial zones and high-tech park authority (DHPIZA). Head of the DHPIZA, Phạm Trường Sơn, said the project was from United States Enterprises with more than $US 100 million worth. Details of the project is in the table below:


Albeit the pandemic effect on the economy in 2020, Đà Nẵng City’s industrial zones and high-tech park authority (DHPIZA) still granted investment licenses to 16 new projects with a total of US$ 95.6 million in 2020

Da Nang authorities have been setting down the policies to attract investors from Silicon Valley and other US enterprises in sectors such as healthcare, high-tech industries, artificial intelligence (AI), education, real estate and automation at Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Information Technology Park. The implementation of these projects will facilitate Da Nang’s growth in specific and the whole country’s development in general.
