Danny Cheng is an alternative investment professional, focusing on VC investment and Real Estate Investment.   

 

Before he joined Broad Avenue Group, he worked at a prominent New York based Real Estate Private Equity firm, focusing on capital market and real estate investment. 

 

In New York, he co-founded Hypernova Group, an U.S. based investment fund, targeting early stage start - ups investment and real estate investment in the U.S. He successfully invested and exited a retail business in 6 months with over 25% IRR. He is also an investor of Nap York, a New York based hospitality start-up located at 40th street and 5th Avenue. 

 

Danny holds a Master of Science degree at Columbia University.
